Yes this is the second machine I have owned and these little machines are great. Once you put the batteries in you have to go through a fun initialization process, skip to the middle of the guide to get it right. The starting instructions can be a bit misleading. If you are not a person who reads the manual then I would not recommend this label printer. However, once you complete the first run, you can transfer that right to Aunt Sally, and she won't have any problems with it. If you have a 12-year-old kid in the house, maybe just ask them to put the batteries in and start the device with the time and date settings, and hand it back to you once all the difficult stuff is done. My only real complaint is that the labels are getting more and more expensive for them. Shop mixed promotions wherever you can.
