We bought the black ones because we thought they wouldn't rust as easily. We're wrong by 1/2. The black part of the car is good BUT the silver pin is corroded and rusted in 7 days. We are happy with the piece but NOT with the pins. Now we have a black base on the car and no pin. Pooh. We update: The flip pins are completely rusted. They put a patch of rust on the front of my husband's car. We dropped her immediately. VERY LOCATED ONE AT ALL, even contacting us from the company. Apparently they don't endorse their products or read their reviews. I PERSONALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. However, if all you want is a black base, they're good for now.
