The buffet is very nice and the quality is excellent. It was exactly what we hoped it would be and even holds more than 24 bottles of wine. However, the company that sells this is terrible. Your customer service is terrible. When I first bought it, it was without hardware. I called them and they agreed to send me all the screws for assembly so I waited a week and what did they send me? Big box with tons of bubble wrap and a screw! Because of this I had to order it again and take the hardware from the new pack to use it to build the old pack. Now I have to lug 70 pounds to UPS to ship a second package.
