Works great and I love that it comes with a case. I recently purchased a new/used vehicle that was a rental. I really like the car but there were a lot of scuffs, scratches and small scratches on the hard plastic strips in the trunk and at the back of the car from the luggage and something else. Since you can fold the rear seats down for cargo, there was a lot of stuff in the rear seat armrest area, too. I was very frustrated that they were an eyesore and wasn't sure what I could do to minimize it. I did a little research and found that a heat gun could be used for things like this so I bought this to try. I was so excited that it worked! Seriously, after spending $20 on such an amazing difference, I easily made this one of the best purchases I've ever made. I can't wait to see what else I can do with this thing. I appreciated all the attachments that came with it, plus the added touch of a paint scraper and case. great value
