I've been looking for a new Chromebook for months because my old Pixelbook isn't working properly anymore. I've tried many of the 2 in 1 only to keep getting frustrated - mainly due to the screen resolution or aspect ratio. I'm very picky about my devices. What I love about it is the many ports that my old Pixelbook didn't have. I had to lug around a lot of adapters for two Type-C ports, I don't need that anymore. This Chromebook is perfect for my purposes. I didn't have any of the issues that other reviewers have mentioned. The only criticism is the power cord. This is an old style heavy duty "brick" power cord from the 1990's. The technology exists for the smaller size, but apparently it's a cost-saving measure by Acer. I would pay a little more to install a smaller power cord.
