Very easy to use. Quickly learns your VIN/VDIN number. Provides excellent customer service. I like that VETbuddy uses a calendar to have a better overview of when a client needs to be seen. Would love to see more client data on the profile. The client portal needs to be upgraded. It is too basic compared to other programs. Easy to learn and has a user-friendly interface. Client data on the profile. Timely reminders and phone calls. VetBuddy makes it easy for us to manage our clients files, appointments, billing etc. It's fast too! I would highly recommend this product if you are needing an all-inclusive tool that allows you to view all of your patients information from one place. They also offer discounts, so check them out! We used to use a combination of different programs (Cerberus, PracticeOne) but with vet buddy we can keep all patient info at once without having multiple apps open.
