Recently, I shopped for ear care products at the MJIYA internet store, and I had a terrible experience. The website was sluggish and frustrating to use, making it tough to locate the precise items I required. The ear care goods I ordered were of such poor quality that I returned them as soon as I received them. They were badly built, and I ended myself with ear irritation. I attempted to contact customer service for help, but the persons I spoke with were unhelpful and unresponsive. Even worse, I was never given any tracking information or updates on the progress of my item during the lengthy shipping and delivery procedure. When my order eventually showed up, it was broken and missing items. The overall negative impression I was left with means I won't be returning to the MJIYA web store any time soon. The things sold on the MJIYA website are of poor quality, and the company's support staff is unresponsive and unhelpful. Don't waste your time here if you're shopping for medical equipment, cleaning products, office supplies, or ear plugs.
