These are my favorite diamond crayons. They feel so good in your hands. They are smooth and durable. Much better if you have arthritis in your hands. I have never used beveled plastic tips. These are my favorites but they seem to wear out quickly. Especially if you are making square diamonds. The metal tips on them are good too. They are excellent for placing square diamonds in the remaining spots where they are to be set. What's even better about these pens is that you can hold one diamond on one end and multiple on the other. and it seems
