Don't roll back. for linear measurement
The numbers are huge. There is no return. The swivel at the end seemed useful, but it extends nearly 1/4 inch. Anyone who measures and cuts pipe knows that you have to line up your thumb and lower the blade, and your tape will click and twist between you and the pipe. This is not the ideal tape measure for plumbers.
