Review on πŸ”Š Focal PS165 V1 6.5-Inch Component Speakers - Expert Series by Chris Dildine

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Rolls Royce speakers

Pioneer DEH-80PRS CD receiver, Pioneer's latest GM-D9605 5-channel amplifier with 75W RMS power. There have been serious problems with the Infinity Perfect Series 6 1/2", which at 100W RMS is their flagship product - for the last month! No one could answer why. Then an uncredited tech admitted that Infinity Perfects didn't come up with Can handle 1/2 on 3/4 power for longer periods, like 10-15+ minutes before melting!, crossed paths twice for $100 apiece, took a chance and bought these focals which are considered some of the best and can spend thousands Read good reviews on cheaper models especially discontinued models and they work great system and gave them the hard work playing around with frequencies, gain etc. 180W RMS! so overpriced they really fit your needs homework. I took my wife for a walk and played her favorite songs from the CD. She started crying because of the high level of accuracy! She has never had anything so beautiful heard. That's what I asked of this system. Incidentally, all this is installed in the Jeep Wrangler, where there is little space. The focal points are in their own cabinets, which I built into the rear fender niches. 5 1/4" in dash mounted with adapter plates, dash top tweets and rear boxes. Pioneer 8" subwoofer facing down under driver's seat next to amplifier. 4 ga weld wire, 100 amp switch under the hood, 12 ga speaker copper wire etc, nothing but premium setup Buy these Focals while they're still available as newer models cost almost twice as much and have the same specs.
