Since I've had this unit it has never beeped to tell me to drain the water so the water keeps leaking now. I make a note on my phone to check it every week but for some reason water leaks out before I can drain it. The customer service of this product contacted me and was able to provide me with a replacement and also suggested a better and bigger dehumidifier. I am very grateful to Whitney for the great support and prompt response. She helped me a lot and kept an eye on me to make sure everything went smoothly. Thank you Whitney for your customer support.
