Review on 🚪 Dorman 746-360 Front Driver Side Door Lock Actuator Motor - Compatible with a Variety of Honda Models by James Chandran

Bought this door lock actuator (front left door) for my '94 Honda Accord in March 2014 and it failed in early July 2014 (just under 3000km since fitted). When I removed the actuator I noticed that the little lever that moves the locking bar up and down was stuck. I took the drive apart and found that one of the two rubber stops inside the drive was broken and the gears were out of sync and stuck. Credit to Revane for allowing me to get him back. However, since I was able to repair the drive, I did not return it. I replaced the rubber plug with a piece of rubber fuel line and modified the internal structure of the drive housing to accommodate the extra thickness of the makeshift rubber plug. However, this product should not have failed in such a short time. Beware.
