I recently made some purchases from YuKaiChen, and I must admit that I was unimpressed. The goods I got were of poor quality and did not match the descriptions. I received the shoes I purchased, and they felt cheaply made and uncomfortable. I encountered a frustrating and unresponsive customer support team when I attempted to return the items. To get a response, it required several tries, and even then, they were unhelpful and unwilling to help. Overall, I was unimpressed with YuKaiChen, and I wouldn't suggest them to anyone searching for high-quality clothing. Avoid the trouble by shopping somewhere else.
