I just love these plugs! They are ideal for *fully healed* 38mm diameter petals. I can see where others have had trouble forcing a large/maya flare into their ear (which I would consider) when it hasn't fully healed (also naeeeerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr with silicone, only, no). My petals were 38mm for at least a year before I bought them which is why they work so well for me. They also make my lobes appear bigger and stick out more which is always a plus! Sleeping in them is very comfortable, don't fall out! I always have problems with tunnels falling out while I sleep, but these babies don't move (and it's not good to leave silicone or other porous material in the earlobes for too long or you'll get problems). /Infection). Would definitely buy again!
