Switched to it from the 7 Plus model. During the first week of use, a scratch appeared on the screen, although the phone was treated very carefully. Then I pasted the protective glass and forgot. But unpleasant. I do NOT like FaceID, it is objectively less convenient than unlocking with a finger. This is probably the main thing I don't like about the phone. Step back in UX. Removed 3D Touch, which I'm used to. Will have to get used to it. Too bad, it was a good one. Replacing it with a long press on the screen is a step back in UX. The camera (main) is something, especially the night mode. Just some magic, there are no other words. It's pointless to write something here, you just need to see it) The wide-angle camera shoots well only in high-quality lighting. With a lack of light, the picture is very sad. What's on the 7 Plus, what's here - the top speaker "sits down". Most likely if moisture gets in there. But nevertheless, the sound from the speakers is very loud and high quality. The screen turns yellow out of the box (treated through the settings). Color distortion at corners. But in general, it makes a very positive impression. Of course, I would like Type-C, but not fate. Nothing, we'll wait. The battery is, as they say, a dream come true. For the entire time of use (a little more than a month), the phone has never been discharged by more than 80% per day (in the sense of up to 20% of the balance), no matter how I drive it. Usually by the end of the day there is still around 50% of the charge, which after all previous iPhones seems something incredible. The fee for such a battery is a significant weight, but personally I think it's fair)) As for performance - I see no reason to write something. This is the top, you don’t know anything about brakes at all. As for the design, I like the frosted glass theme. It looks something like aluminum, which I really liked in the sevens. For me, this phone will be perfect if they add a fingerprint scanner, improve the quality of the width and make better moisture protection so that the speakers do not sit down. But even now I do not regret the transition from 7 Plus, despite the high price.
