Really great machine. My partner has shoulder pain and it relaxed his muscles and they hurt less, he had trouble sleeping until I bought him this device. It's the size of a hammer, which is what we compare it to. It came with different heads, we could change it too and we charged it when it arrived and used it 7 times without having to charge it again so the battery lasts a long time. My back hurts a lot in winter and it helped me a lot, it hurt at first but afterwards I felt great, the pain subsided unless you bruise quickly, you won't like that, but we like it.
