When I ordered this I didn't look at the review photos and was imagining something completely different. When I received the bracelet and saw it in person I was quite disappointed with how it looked like it was wrapped in plastic. However, when I opened it up, measured it (very easily with the tool provided, despite what some may think) and tried it on, I was hooked! It's very cute but not nasty and surprisingly doesn't look as "cheap" as I first thought. Having fallen in love with them however, imagine my disappointment when I noticed that the pin closest to the watch link was partially exposed. And then also on the other half of the group! It was like they ran out of metal for the last piece. I ordered a replacement and Amazon shipped it quickly, but the replacement group arrived with the same problem. I reported this to Amazon and they said if I wanted to keep one for myself they would report the problem and if the band broke they would refund my money. I agree as the damage is on the bottom and therefore not visible and the strip is pretty. 5 stars for cuteness but poor quality production. Buyer Warning.
