, I am 5ft 4in 118lb fit and ordered a size medium. They fit very well with a slight edge. I could have ordered a small but they would have been tight. and I don't like this fit at this stage of my life. Here's my recap: I've been doing fitness in one way or another for 30 years. I love well-fitting training tights and they have a lot of spandex. to do your thing They hold you together like heavier tights, but they're nice, all-weather, mid-weight without being a bit see-through. Ideal for the gym or running. I will be ordering more once I finish this listing!
