I really like that this is free for basic use as well since it's always good not having any kind an extra charge when you're trying something new or looking into what else there might be out their in terms if pricing/services they offer! It hasn't been very easy finding products within my industry but i'm hoping with more research we can find them easier!! Also how helpful are support personnel? They have helped me get used quickly enough so far without too much trouble at least from your end which has made things go smoothly even though sometimes its hard figuring some stuff yourself because maybe no one knows about certain features (like screen sharing). The web meetings feature seems pretty useful especially considering most people nowadays will do work remotely anyways via video conferencing programs such us zoom etc..
