quarantine has reignited my love for tie-dye. I kept buying the Tulip brand but was frustrated by: A. how expensive it was, B. how badly the colors faded, and C. how far (or not) the paint bottle lasted. I had Procion installed in my shopping cart for a long time and doubted whether it was worth buying. I finally did and I'm SO glad I made the investment. I've made a lot of stuff but this t-shirt was my wow project. It's so bright and so colorful and I would buy it in a store for myself! First I used soda and let the color sit overnight. These dyes are really something special. If you are interested in tie dye, Procion colors are just what you need! They're expensive, but they really last a long time. You need so little of it to complete a coat of paint, and while a lot of bucks come in right away, you don't have to constantly buy other brands' inferior materials. :)
