Item as described and as expected. Works well, fits perfectly and has enough pivoting space so I can position it how I want. HOWEVER, I underestimated the impact of air vents on my phone. Initially, I intentionally avoided a bracket that attaches to the vent because I didn't want to completely block it. I chose this model because I didn't think my phone would be fired directly from the HVAC system between the two front vents. But it explodes. And now, instead of blocking one vent with a bracket that attaches directly to it, I block both of my vents with it. The back of my phone was very hot as I had the heater on. YMMV as I'm using my phone without a case and it's pretty cold right now; I have a long drive early in the morning and cannot use the heater as usual with my phone in this holder. It definitely won't make much of a difference in spring and summer, but for now it's not the ideal solution I was hoping for. If it's cold where you are and you don't want to mount your phone on your dashboard, get a mount that attaches to a single air vent. Better to sacrifice one than two.
