Update September 18, 2021 - After initially posting my review, the company contacted me and offered a full refund. In the end I found them to be responsive and willing to endorse their product. I've had all sorts of bluetooth headphones, some have lasted a long time, others have failed miserably. In fact, I really liked them until I took a call and felt the device fall apart (see picture). I knew I hadn't owned them long but imagine my amazement to find that the return window closed 36 hours ago. Most of these companies offer warranties...this one doesn't; Most companies can be contacted and worked with clients in my place...not this one. If you try to contact a business, you will get an Amazon bot. Since the returns window is closed, it doesn't offer much help. All product lines have lemons, I sincerely think maybe they just had assembly or manufacturing issues… I've only worn them a couple of times so my disappointment is only focused on them. Businesses… it's clear they don't mind the sale and support from most Revain suppliers goes hand in hand, but not these folks. I would advise you to buy from a seller who offers a guarantee or at least can be contacted...
