Edit: Support contacted me. They replaced the faulty item after several troubleshooting suggestions. They were very professional and the item replaced works perfectly. I have 2 7 month old kittens and this really helps with odor control. I definitely recommend it. This worked for about 6 days. When it's time to charge it up. I plugged in the charger, it charged, I unplugged it and it stopped working immediately. no lights I even tried a different charging cable. Nothing yet. I have contacted the company and no response!
