Very durable, glides smoothly, comfortable

Great stool! Extremely durable compared to the crap I've dealt with in the past. Glides smoothly, easily and silently. Quality padding, thick comfortable cushion, durable metal and wheels.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Fine

Very easy! for step stool

Arrived earlier than expected, requires no assembly instructions and is the right size. I have a very low table and had to think carefully about which chairs would sit low enough. This one is perfect and comfy!

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • Exchange possible

Poor quality, only used 5-6 times!

Weight limit must be 120 pounds or less. Used 5 or 6 times and the wooden frame of the chair broke. I weigh 190 pounds and the chair has a rating of 250. Poor quality product, return date passed, they go in the bin! Don't waste money!

  • Pleasant

Great stool! suitable for office furniture and lighting

I needed a stool for the kitchen to move around and get things from downstairs rooms or vanities because I am disabled and cannot bend down due to back problems. I have a center table in my kitchen and this stool stays under that workspace ready for me. I love this stool!

Doesn't work on thick carpet.

Bought this to move around the house after I broke my Achilles tendon. Most of our floors are hardwood and that was a life saver, but the bedroom is carpeted and that doesn't work on thick carpet without exceptional effort. The structure is solid, and the seat is comfortable and durable.

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • Not sure

Poor quality foam - office furniture and lighting

The foam quickly collapsed. I use mine maybe 10-15 hours a week and after a few months the foam makes a noticeable pop when I stand up. I have wheelchairs from 3 other brands, some of them have been in use for years and this has never happened. (The Oakworks brand was the best). Otherwise it has worked mechanically flawlessly so far.

  • Nice packaging

Easy to use and doesn't take up too much space

I ordered this stool to replace my wobbly $20 computer chair and I'm glad I did. This stool is comfortable to sit on and as I live in a small apartment I was concerned that it would take up as much space, if not more, than my last computer chair. This one (because it doesn't have a back) fits perfectly under a table so it doesn't take up much space but is always there when you need it. It was also very easy to assemble.

Pros
  • Free for educational use
Cons
  • Some little things

Well designed height adjustable stool for multiple uses

This is a well designed and made stool that I use in many different ways. When working with a guest on one of my office computers, I invite the guest to use my large, well-padded computer chair while I sit on the side stool. It has thick padding under a neat lid, height adjustment, and five casters that allow me to walk around and tuck it under the table for more space when a guest leaves. When I'm working alone on a project that involves a lot of things, I pull a stool out from under my desk…

Would like a replacement but cannot contact seller

Purchased this stool less than a year ago on an account where it is used about 2 hours a week. The stool has lost all ability to maintain its full height and will sink when you sit on it no matter how many times you drop it. It's not the usual height of other professional massage chairs, so keep that in mind. It's too short for starters and then can't hold higher settings. Also, after a few months it started making a lot of noise every time you sit on it, and the air gets compressed under the…
