Purchased this stool less than a year ago on an account where it is used about 2 hours a week. The stool has lost all ability to maintain its full height and will sink when you sit on it no matter how many times you drop it. It's not the usual height of other professional massage chairs, so keep that in mind. It's too short for starters and then can't hold higher settings. Also, after a few months it started making a lot of noise every time you sit on it, and the air gets compressed under the padding, which is really distracting and unlike anything else. I bought a stool for 20 years of work. I do not recommend. The seller's name on my order appears to have changed since I purchased it, so Revain will not contact me to file a complaint and request a replacement or refund. Very frustrating. Spend another $30 and choose Earthlite or another trusted brand.
