As you would expect, the 50 ounce bottle holds a LOT of water. I needed to reduce the number of bottles I take to work and this is where I succeeded. There are no leaks and in my use it has withstood a wide range of temperatures. My problem is that the bottle seems very fragile. When I first opened it, the first thing that came to mind was that I could break it with my bare hands without even trying. On the second day of use, I accidentally dropped it from knee height with a protective cover and it broke. I have other glass bottles with rubber sleeves that I dropped and didn't break. I'm so sad it didn't last long
