I was hesitant to make this purchase based on some reviews. In my case I am 100% satisfied. The chair came with no damage, scratches etc. Easy to assemble; less than 5 minutes. That looks great. I am entertaining clients in my office and the ordinary plastic office chairs look too cheap. More stylish chairs typically cost $500 or more. In terms of comfort, this isn't your super-soft kind of chair with a 6-inch-thick cushion, but it offers more than enough support. I like a tight fit when I'm working, so I'm fine with that. Remarks on non-free rolling wheels. true, but the wheels work well on an office chair mat. I can't say how durable the chair is, I've only had it for two weeks. Only four screws attach the seat to the chair board and only four screws attach the backrest to the seat. The screws are strong but I imagine they sometimes need to be tightened. But for the price, this is one of the most stylish and unique chairs you can find.
