The materials are excellent. The design had one major drawback. I had a screw hole on the armrest that didn't line up with the bottom of the chair. This left me with 2 out of 3 screws for one of my arms. I've tried putting it together many times and have concluded that it just wasn't drilled properly. It seems stable enough with 2/3 screws. After reading the reviews I was hesitant to buy it but at $80 I decided to give it a try. Came in a box, well packaged, no damage. Set up took about 20 minutes without haste.
