Cool idea, but my pen broke on the 3rd use and it's extremely difficult to use. There isn't much ice and I have to persuade my husband to open it. Also, it doesn't freeze perfectly, so the little balls of ice freeze in weird shapes and won't come out of the hole. Trying to get regular sized marbles is like trying to pull coins out of a piggy bank through a slot. If you want to send it back, you need to pay the postage back to China. that is more than the cost of the product. TLDR: Just don't buy this and use regular ice cube trays.
