Too expensive - but having played Goldilocks with every litter on the market this is the only litter we will use with our old diabetic Maine Coon. Due to the diabetic cat's frequent use of the litter box, our 16 year old came out of the original drawer in little cement boots - PLUS the amount we cleared out on a cleaning day filled our litter with heavy litter blocks. This version is almost fluffy - it smells nice like wood shavings, absorbs well, barely touches your toes, sucks up quickly and easily, and stays light even when full. Our biggest problem is that he wants to sleep in it when it's fresh (did I mention he's 16?). Love this stuff and use about 2 packs a month for 2 older cats - a 17 year old normal cat and a large water swallowing diabetic. . Highly recommended - we are big fans!
