At first it worked very well and I was very happy with my purchase. After the first load the fan didn't turn on. It takes more than 2 hours to charge and the red slow flash is still on. I thought maybe I can still use it even if it's not fully charged, but I was wrong. The fan only turns on when connected to the USB charging cable. It shuts off completely when I unplug it after 2 hours of charging! How is that possible? Even if you charge your phone for 30 minutes, you can use it afterwards. I've tried charging it by flipping the power switch right and left. I don't know what's off or on because it's not labeled AND the fan won't turn on anyway. I'm very disappointed and can't return it.
