Order ahead in case the order is wrong

I only placed 3, for the following reasons: The first order I ordered came with only 3 puzzles and NO written puzzle solutions. I contacted them, they were as accommodating as possible, gave me a code to use when ordering a second one, which I understood was free. It wasn't, and I basically had to buy a brand new puzzle. It was a special gift and I didn't have enough time! The new puzzles arrived quickly and everything fit.
