I have an old Sony minidisc recorder with a tensioned belt driving the disc eject mechanism. It's brilliant engineering from Sony to design a device with well-hidden rubber bands for key functions. Pooh! However, thanks to YouTube videos and LinaLife's range of straps from very small to large, I was able to save the recorder from a pile of e-waste.
