Pretty amazing foot massager. The air compression combined with the knee mechanism on the bottom creates the feeling of a real massage. It's a great massager but there are a few downsides: One issue is the heat mode doesn't heat enough, I'm not even sure if it works at all or if it's just my body heat. probably very subjective is that high air compression settings are so intense that it's very uncomfortable, but you don't have to use high settings so it doesn't matter. I can see this being better for kids or people with very small feet, so it's probably a good thing it has a high setting. The main issue for me is that it feels like there are two hard tubes with blunt ends at the back where the heel is located. I believe you have to pump air to compress the air and it digs into your heels and really hurts. Sometimes I have to lift my heel like I'm on tiptoe because it gets quite painful. If they figured out how to build this thing without the air compression hoses digging into my legs it would easily be a 5 star rating because I still feel great. Size 11, both of our feet fit perfectly, but I don't find this massager optimal for large feet because of the uncomfortable tubes.
