These do not reflect.
Despite the reflective elements of the lens, these are not reflective lenses. You may need an additional reflector for your boat trailer. The individual LEDs are well protected from being submerged in water, but the lens is removable and water can penetrate the housing. You can make it fully waterproof if you seal all the holes in the case with the right glue.
