I don't understand complaints about build/instructions because it was really good. You will definitely need a small, regular-sized Philips screwdriver to assemble this. I've used one of these multiheads with no problems. It was a little tricky to install the white backplate but I figured it out. I already have a shorter version with four drawers for my bathroom, which I also really like. It's the same quality that goes well with the price. I think it contains a huge amount of articles. I use it in my laundry room of course and was very concerned about whether it would fit in my large jars of different cleaning supplies and I can definitely say it does. Almost all items on my shelf are sized to give you a guide. I hold it against the wall, but even with all the heavy liquids on it I haven't seen any wobble issues. If anything changes, I'll let you know.
