As others stated, assembly was a nightmare. Parts not identified and some were missing. Instructions were poor. Had to disassemble one chair because parts weren't labeled and even though the arms looked the same, there is definitely a right and a left. This chair will work for my larger relatives who frequently visit, and is a nice addition to the patio. Not great back support, so will need lumbar cushion. The hardware in blister pack is really efficient and makes it easy to inventory and used the pieces. Parts well labeled. Assembly is a bit time-consuming; took me about 3 hours to do 2 chairs and one table (5 min). A second person would come in handy. The assembly package included a sheet of plastic wrapped parts and a separate assembly instructions. The parts sheet identified the individual parts "A", "B", ……. but on the instruction sheet, the were labeled aa, bb,.…. so I had to go back and cross check to see the conversion. NOT an efficient system.

I like the final product. However, the instructions, which identify parts by letter, did not match the part letters that came with the package. The supplied parts might have gone with a different set of chairs or possibly a different model. Also, I was short 15 - 20 washers and had to go to a hardware store to complete the parts.

They are, indeed, glider chairs. They aren’t very nice glider chairs, however. As a general review of their comfort I’d say they are about a 2 - 3 Star. Not terrible, but not nice either.The quality is terrible. Definitely 1 Star. Assembly was utter hell. Slag drops from crummy welds everywhere, missing hardware, ambiguous directions, the whole shebang. Franken chair is finally complete! Multiple trips to the hardware store for missing parts and translating the directions.

I wish you could give a rating of less than 1, because these are horrible! The welds on the bottom of the chairs are crooked, and make the chairs look crooked once put together.

This product is a nightmare! The Letters that should correspond to the parts in the visual instructions aren’t the same. There weren’t enough screws, the rubber washers were cracked. When I couldn’t figure it out I hired a Handiman and he couldn’t figure it it out either. Do not buy this set!

Poor construction, slightly crooked. Time consuming, took more time to assemble than expected, and it was missing 2 washers.

These chairs and table are a fantastic purchase. The price is lower than anything you’d find in the store and the quality and durability is just as good. The assembly does take some time but it’s nothing impossible and can actually be fun if you have a buddy to help. These chairs are exactly as pictured and I’m so satisfied with the purchase.

Update: Customer Service worked with me to correct the missing pieces and offered a half refund for my inconvenience. The chairs are very comfortable and look great.This set came with the wrong parts kit and with 4 "left arm rests. No pieces were labeled so it was on possible to tell until assembly started. I'm left with one uneven-looking chair (due to arm rest) and not enough hardware to assemble the second chair (due to wrong hardware pack).

So, as many reviewers have said, putting them together will try your patience. The bolts are all labeled and organized in a sealed packet. The problem is that there are several of the bolts that are labeled differently than what the instructions provide. I had to use the process of elimination to determine which were which. I held my breathe giving this the benefit of the doubt. Happy just a couple of dents on the top of the table. I have read horror stories regarding this issue. I have to be honest that I am disappointed in the table. Very thin aluminum on top. Would notPurchase again. The chairs are exactly what I was expecting. Being in humid climate, time will tell if the set rusts. I would not recommend the set

Nice patio set, light weight but sturdy. Perfect for summer time! The assembly takes more efforts than we expected because the instruction was not super clear and one metal bar was a little slandered, not sure why. But once it’s all set up, it is a very comfy and nice set! (Please ignore the messy background in the photos )
