Excellent color rendering although a bit pricey for their durability

I am a big fan of Ott Lite bulbs and am happy with their brightness range and color rendering index with Edison Helix energy saving bulbs. My only issue is that the 25ED12R is better, but it takes up space easily and can be tricky on screens. I try not to repeatedly cycle these bulbs on and off to keep them alive, but avoiding even 15W 900-nit bulbs from overloading my 120-nit monitor can be difficult. 25W achieves a brightness of 1500 nits. Both seem to be mood-enhancing in winter and last quite a long time if handled with care.
