I like that we can see all of our applicants in one location, even if they are not actively looking for work! It's very easy to navigate through as well. We don't have any dislikes at this time. If there was anything else about it you would want added or changed - what do you think? Our team has been able to easily find candidates across several departments within their organization without having to go into each department separately. The interface of this tool was simple, easy to use when searching for candidates with specific skillsets required by my team. It helped us save time in sourcing new talent that we needed but couldn't find online. I think it's best used as part source instead looking at other tools such as LinkedIn or Indeed etc which can be more useful depending upon what your requirement are (eg - resumes vs jobs). Mpoy helps me get quality applicants who have relevant experience/skill sets within an hour!
