The ability to create custom goals for each team member is great! It's also easy to add new people as they are onboarded into our platform. I wish there was an option to set up recurring monthly or quarterly budget limits so that we can have some predictability around how much time/money should be spent in certain areas of product development. We're using this tool primarily to help manage project timelines but haven't had any issues with reporting yet. Our goal has been to improve communication between teams within the organization while providing transparency across departments about individual projects' progress towards their milestones and deadlines.
