I really liked having to just do an overview of our targets or goals for each team member instead of writing down everything in one place with Ambys structure and toolset we could easily follow up about all this data by doing e.g calls! Also not only being able write my own goal descriptions but also sharing already written ones from others is great! I like that we can create our own goals to align with business needs but also have some flexibility in how they are set up.

I would love to be able to create my own goals for new goals or add more structure and suggested areas to fill in maybe a suggested template
The ability to create custom goals for each team member is great! It's also easy to add new people as they are onboarded into our platform. I wish there was an option to set up recurring monthly or quarterly budget limits so that we can have some predictability around how much time/money should be spent in certain areas of product development. We're using this tool primarily to help manage project timelines but haven't had any issues with reporting yet.

The way they support you with goals management is one of their best features! They really help to manage your objectives in short periods.
