I keep telling myself I'll never get workout manuals again, but there's always something to improve upon that isn't covered by other means. It really helps with lag. I wanted to make my own holdall from a thrift store but they were so expensive I just bought them for a few bucks. This works very well. Don't go all out, you don't want to hurt yourself. It really gives you feedback on your lag and lean forward, which is what I wanted. The only complaint is that it has to have 2 pin holes (one on top and one on the bottom) to keep it from tipping over. Even with dead center (no slice or hook) it will tip. In addition, it is convenient to have at home. Just step back and do some swings. Great if you don't have time to reach the range.
