This has been a great tool for me. Really helped with the "moment of truth" and got me flexing my hips more regularly. My hips tend to get pretty lazy in golf. Unfortunately, this bag didn't last long with me. I was doing mostly half turns 20-25 times a day for about 3 weeks before I had my first bottom seam tear. I'm disappointed because it was a tool that seems to be really helping me with my swing issues. You'll likely need to move on to the Wiren bag after this fails completely.

I keep telling myself I'll never get workout manuals again, but there's always something to improve upon that isn't covered by other means. It really helps with lag. I wanted to make my own holdall from a thrift store but they were so expensive I just bought them for a few bucks. This works very well. Don't go all out, you don't want to hurt yourself. It really gives you feedback on your lag and lean forward, which is what I wanted. The only complaint is that it has to have 2 pin holes (one on…

The good news is the shock bag works! The bad news is that like so many other reviewers, my bag fell apart at the seam after just a few minutes of use. I now have about a 5" hole along the bottom seam. It's a shame but overall it doesn't matter. I added some tape to seal it and it's ok. I knew this from the reviews, didn't think I hit the bag hard enough to rip the seam though. A bummer is a broken seam.
