Audio jack stopped working. I just bought this laptop 3-4 months ago. Long story short, Asus support had me do everything from reinstalling drivers to resetting my laptop and nothing helped. The only option they gave me was to ship it for at least 2 weeks plus shipping. Not really an option as I use it for both study and work. So I'm stuck with a broken laptop and can't do anything about it as Asus has exactly ZERO authorized repair centers. I can't even return it right now.
