First it came on time. It came in a nicely kept box with their logo placed everywhere. The wig is thick as I wanted it, the hair is manageable and the curls are well kept. I was weird buying any wig similar to this one it would just be tangled as soon as I opened it. Not this one. It is easy to brush wide comb. My only complaint is their are no sides to the wig. I will include photos. It looks way better if u add a part to it and the hairline as is, is not pretty. Overall I am happy with it except for the fact it doesn't cover the side of my face.
