The store where I originally ordered the watch, at first after all this, offered to return the watch and compensate for the money, then they apologized and said that the warranty period had already passed. You only need to take the watch for examination, but I think that you yourself understand that this is time and money. No one will give me a guarantee that the clock can be repaired or replaced. After that, I independently found the right seller, the seller said to try manipulations with SMS to restore the SIM card - nothing happened. Then they sent another combination, which they could try only after a while. When they started to try, they realized that the clock was discharged and no longer see the charge. At the same time, I wrote to the seller 2 times and clarified the questions that if the clock cannot be repaired by manipulating it, what then? They were used carefully and accurately for only 3 months and already a marriage, a breakdown - is there really no way to fix it under any guarantee or replace it? The watch cost about 4000, it's not cheap! The manufacturer did not respond to these letters. After the watch stopped charging, I again contacted the company from which I directly bought the watch, but they told me that since I performed independent actions with the watch, now you can’t do anything at all (although I didn’t see any acceptable options before) . I do not recommend buying this model.
