I really wanted to love this product. The concept is great. I was really drawn to the wireless idea. We have normal properties. It is relatively square and flat with a house in the middle. I thought this would work great. I placed the transmitter in the middle of the house and placed it in such a way that the electric field near the fences was canceled. Unfortunately it just didn't work. It took hours and hours to set the flags. Turning the knob to increase or decrease the field size changes the field dramatically. In addition, the movement of the transmitter is of great importance. If I wanted the circle to move a foot to the left, I figured I could just move the transmitter a foot to the left. But it did not work. This changed the field a lot and I had to completely redo the flag placement. After a few days of such struggle I finally placed the flags where I wanted and tested them all. I was happy and ready to go. The next day I started training. To my dismay, the receiver's signal was only a few yards from where the flags had been planted. The field size has changed! During the week, the field changed several times. The change was not small. In some places the distance was three meters, which I felt was just unfair to the dogs. After two weeks I was so disappointed that I didn't even want to use it. I repackaged it and am sending it back today. Maybe there is some kind of interference in my area that is interfering with the signal. Anyway, it just didn't work for me.
