Review on 🔍 Sherlock Handmade Shaving Chiseled Groomatorium: Superior Grooming Tools for the Modern Gentleman by Tracy Anderson

As a writer for the Sherlock Holmes blog (I hear from Sherlock) I was curious about this fragrance inspired by the great detective. Although many three star or less reviews say the scent is off-putting, I will give an honest review. For me, the scent was like leather with a slight tobacco undertone; does not smell like "mud" or "wet grass". When you open the jar and smell it, it can be a bit overwhelming, but it's just too beautiful. I prefer more earthy scents in my shaving soap so this was the perfect choice. In terms of lathering and softening, Chiseled Face Sherlock Soap works *miracles*. I have had my shave with him several times and have no complaints. The aftermath is a beautiful, pleasant scent that is never overpowering yet pleasant. It might not be your ideal (and I wish Chiseled Face would sell a sample through Revain to make it easier to try), but Chiseled Face's Sherlock Shaving Soap is well worth the price. .
