Every summer I buy for my son. Every summer I get annoyed by the price of plastic shoes, but by mid-summer I realize I haven't wasted my money. That's all he wears all summer. He likes them because he can ride a bike, scooter, and walk in them and they don't fall off. When they get dirty I either wash them or take my magic eraser with me. To be honest, every year by the end of summer the pants are so worn out that I'm glad to know how much fun he had in them. He will be 10 this summer and I wonder if this will be his last summer with the natives. It will be a sad summer when he stops wearing them.
