Great little lock/alarm. Easy to use and seems effective in deterring thieves. The colorful zipper and commemorative drawstring draw attention, while the tote bag is a nice touch. Stopped beeping a week ago. A bit strange as the batteries are supposed to last 4-6 months. Ordered new batteries and when I put them in I found water in the battery holder along with rust. So I dried and cleaned it and put new batteries in it. Let's see what will happen next. but i have a bad feeling that more water will get in and destroy the batteries along with the alarm. The "return" period has passed, so be aware. Very weak alarm clock. I suspect half the batteries are dead due to water ingress from the recent rainstorm. So I went to the website and asked for a replacement as this one is obviously defective due to the battery compartment not being sealed well. Answers. nope! No reply, no email that they received my request and no replacement. I'm a bit sad because I really liked this castle. But I lowered the rating to 2 stars, switched to another manufacturer and learned my lesson - don't buy from AGPTEK.
